it seems based on e-mails that buyers get from amazon with a text like "can you help answer this question?" and feeling inclined to answer, even if they can't help. it's adorable. almost as fun as uploading selfies instead of product photos in the "Customer Images" part.
new hobby: checking Amazon Customer Questions and the "answers" for fun. many people answering "I'm sorry I don't know" and similar on customer questions, thinking they were asked personally. random example attached.
@troyhunt small @haveibeenpwned design flaw feedback: i just scrolled down and clicked on "recent breaches"->exactis. i saw that there was an overlay but didn't see the exactis-content. it loaded above the fold, since i had scrolled down. chrome/windows.
