My entry level ECE class spent the week learning about the physical, cognitive, and social emotional development of preschool aged children. We ended the week working in centers designed for pre-k kids. I think they had just as much fun as little ones would!

This past week ECE II learned strategies for supporting the needs of children who have experienced abuse or neglect. ECE III learned about the basic organization of the brain and how experience influences a child brain's wiring and development.
