@AppleSupport I'm not taking my phone to Telcel!!! Not making same mistake again, it's a nightmare! Also Apple WARNS agains 3rd party repairs, and that's exactly whay you're telling me to do! 2 or 3 times in the past years I was able to ship my phone back to Apple for repairs!!

@AppleSupport HI, in the past I've sent to Apple for repairs iPhones bought in México. Because, service is terrible there. Now I'm being told I Can't do that!! Even my phone says it has warranty with Apple! Why are you changing for worse? You used to be cool.
