@drrghimire @GermHunterMD @BradSpellberg I would delay reimplantation as long as possible, which should be discussed with ortho since the risk and benefit of delaying should be carefully weighed. 6-12 months of antifungal is warranted and I believe there is no point in holding antifungal in the middle of therapy.
