PremierGraphene Inc (OTC:Pink BIEI) and HGI Industrial Technologies are taking decisive steps toward launching next-generation graphene ballistic plate and advanced armor manufacturing in Mexico, with a mission to help protect the men and women who serve in uniform.

Premier Graphene Inc. and Epidemiologic Solutions Corporation are expected to support the initial financing and legal structuring of the new HGI venture. A Wall Street financial firm specializing in capital formation will lead efforts to raise additional funding through private-placement bonds, equity offerings, and other appropriate capital-market instruments.

HGI will pursue strategic acquisitions, mergers, and partnerships with established Mexican manufacturers to accelerate production capabilities and build a platform for advanced graphene-based materials.

Over the next 12 months, the objective is to advance manufacturing in Mexico and position Premier Graphene Inc. to pursue entry into the U.S. market with a new generation of graphene-enhanced ballistic plates and advanced armor solutions, subject to financing, development, and applicable regulatory requirements.
