Teachers plates are still overflowing. They still have at least five jobs. Teacher, curriculum developer, IT for students, therapist for parents struggling, & office worker. All while trying to take care of their family too. They need grace & support now more than ever.
As students transition back 2 school this fall, adults should be looking out for the feeling behind the behavior. Kids that appear cautious or tentative may be fearful of a new experience. Ss who are bossy or authoritative may be feeling a lack of control in the environment. #SEL
