Today, I was talking to a UPPCS aspirant, and he strongly believed government jobs are better.

His reason?

Security.
Fixed salary.
Rare layoffs.
Family peace.
Social respect.

And he is right.

But private jobs offer something else:

Faster learning.
Faster salary growth.
More exposure.
Higher risk, but higher upside.

Government job gives stability.
Private job gives speed.

Neither is better.

It depends on what you want more:

A predictable life
or
A high-growth life?
