My go to place to hire people is still Upwork. The talent pool you can find is absolutely insane, I just wish their fees were not as high and they stopped randomly banning freelancers, other than that, great stuff. At my 9-5 I hired 6 people so far, just from Upwork, 4 are still working with us so the ratio of good to bad hire is quite high over there vs the junk you get spammed on linkedin job post ads.

@itsvlady It's crazy man, Astra as architect and Opus 5 as the henchman -- try out @conductor_build btw, it's awesome, so far the best 'multi-model' harness (supports CC, Codex, Cursor and OpenCode CLIs), and all your work sits in isolated worktrees so you can parallelize it to the maxx

@FreelanceMike90 @CodeWithTamara Yes, 3/4 people we hired got blocked, 2 were unable to recover access to their account, mind you, these people only work for us, and only use upwork to track time, so something else got triggered probably (KYC)

Opus 5.2 coming today it seems, or at the very least very soon, I definitely got stealth routed to it at some point as the code quality, and final output had increased substantially, plummeting down yesterday and today, maybe the stealth test is over?

Also I am 100% sure it's Opus 5.2 because I got routed to Opus 4.8 a few times due to [cyber] reasons, a thing that Opus 5 never did
