Drupal community wants to use PHPStan to get rid of tons of deprecated code so I released phpstan/phpstan 0.11.8 and phpstan/phpstan-deprecation-rules 0.11.2 that includes the message next to the @deprecated tag in the report.

Thanks to @nmdmatt for the initial work on this! 🙌
