@ledamalekina It's raining, but if you drive through Nairobi, you will see our traffic police officers standing on the rain with no umbrella, rain coats, gumboots and clothes like jackets and sweaters to keep them warm. Why do our police officers have to be treated like this?

This morning, we visited Central Police Station, where at least 60 people were detained overnight after being arrested during yesterday's demonstrations. We have been informed that they will all be arraigned at City Court later today, and we will be in court to secure their release. The 25 people that were held at Kamukunji Police Station will be arraigned at Milimani.
We call upon all our volunteer advocates to join both in Milimani and City court to secure the release of the comrades. We will be sending out additional teams to Kileleshwa, Gigiri, Buruburu, and all other police stations where protesters are reportedly being held to ensure nobody is unaccounted for. We encourage the public to continue sharing information as it emerges.
Pushing forward isn't always easy. But that’s where growth lies. Challenges should draw us closer to the Almighty. Be grateful He’s testing us. That’s part of His Plan.
When you regret your sins, feel sad for having committed them and feel pain when you remember them, these are signs of faith and sincere repentance. However, after repenting, Satan will cause you to doubt the Almighty’s Mercy. Don’t despair. Don’t fall for his trick. Move on.
Run your own race. Stop comparing yourself to others. If the Almighty wants you to have what others have, He will give it to you, if not now then at some stage later on. Be happy with His Decree. Learn to accept His plan for your life. Show gratitude. If you’re grateful, He will surely grant you more.
When someone shows their true colours, believe them. It’s disappointing and hurtful but thank the Almighty for showing you the signs. Nothing happens without His Will. Imagine going through life not knowing the truth.
Almighty. On this last Friday in Ramadan, guide us towards goodness beyond this month for Your sake only. Keep us steadfast, enduring the trials You send our way. Grant us a soft heart, always content with Your Decree. Grant us sincerity, success & protect us from harm. Aameen
There are people who get distressed when good things come your way. But if harm strikes you, they rejoice. Be patient with them. Their plot will not harm you. The Almighty is the Best Planner.
If you’re going through some difficult times all by yourself, don’t despair. The Almighty has designed it that way to allow you to embrace your solitude. There is much to learn and grow from it. Keep going. Don’t give up. He’s watching over you as He always does. Have faith.
