@UNRA_UG How about Sembabule-Mubende Road, from ssembabule town. That road is so so bad. And u keep telling lies that this year, next year and so much crap
@UNRA_UG@RobinahNabbanja When are you constructing Ssembabule-Mubende Road? Every year it comes in the budget but nothing ever been done. It’s one of the busiest roads now but terrible. Even not good for cows
@UNRA_UG U still failed to work on Ssembabule-mubende road. Even after cheating land owners. Such access roads are essential in the country’s economic development. Imagine having only one road connecting the whole of west and central. Seriously??
@UNRA_UG@PoliceUg The only ways to make Ugandan roads safer is to make one ways with dividers in the lanes. Your roads are very narrow and people don’t know the rules. Those who know the rules, they become victims of those with no driving discipline. Very sad that people continue to die like that
@UNRA_UG@GovUganda The major cause of traffic in and around Kampala, is the stupid existence of taxi parks. For God’s sake, why taxi parks in city? Drainage system still so poor and outdated. I am yet to see how this small project will reduce traffic around
@UNRA_UG How can u charge emergency vehicles? That’s so crazy. Police, ambulances, and fire vehicles must have 24hrs access not blood fees. And Ballards must be able to open automatically
@AKasingye@PoliceUg@UNRA_UG@UNRA_ED@MoWT_Uganda Poor driving habits in uganda. People just get driving permits without training. I try as much as possible to avoid driving while in uganda. People don’t know even simple traffic rules. Just buy cars and start driving. No wonder causes a lot of accidents.
@UG_Airlines I think there was security compromise. How did the hawker managed to board the flight? This is how you put passengers lives in danger. Imagine if it was a bomb? Flight still the safest travel but if it’s compromised, then Uganda risk being banned from international travel
@KagutaMuseveni How the system is getting worse. Making people stay at airport waiting fir Covid results. Government aim is to get more money from Covid-19 instead of preventing
@AKasingye Afande, I have been into community policing in UK en would like to offer my technical support to Ugandan police on how best to deal with such crimes . Community is very instrumental in fighting crimes, not the police. Local people knows very well who the criminals are. Work
@AKasingye I think that’s something should have been done longtime. I was in uganda recently, but state of security was so appealing. U can’t have small towns with no police centres or even community policing. Ntinda-kisasi-kulambiro-kyanja, all should have independent police units
