Is Rape in marriage, historical or current an unspoken Legal right by the abuser? If not, how impactful, legally are such crimes against a Black woman? Help me to understand. The judge regarded my evidence and my words as unreliable.

For a woman, Black woman, Litigant in Person struggling with Brain damage and desperately trying to hold my own in the High Court, I felt kicked in the teeth. Unheard and criminalised for being outspoken. I fought for justice for the abused and survivors of abuse. Hear me.

After twenty two plus years of heinous abuse, my perpetrator and enablers rejoiced. I was mocked, traumatised, labelled unreliable, defamed, a liar, deserved the treatment. Told that I am eloquent,educated. I am Black.
I knocked on every door, help is nowhere. The Supreme Court?

@SandraSpeerPhD Abuse of whichever category, historic or now deserves the harshest punishment. Under the legal umbrella there must be back scratchers, pets, favouritism and a mass of grieving victims and survivors.

@SandraSpeerPhD Change will come when Gaslighting Judges, biased, abusive, power drunk and reckless judges are stripped of their gowns and powers. Some of them could well well be guilty of the crimes they sit in judgement of, their victims protect them because of shame etc.

Still can't believe people are surprised with everything that's been happening in the Royal family. I mean. Didn't Diana tell you in details? She had tapes, saying she was mentally abused, isolated from friends and family, humiliated, downgraded, Charles was nonstop cheating, Camilla bullying her nonstop, doctors trying to fill her with drug's, her mental health attacked. Nothing has changed in that family. They refused to change. Why you think Harry left?? He told you how for years he was used as a pawn to hide all that. He took himself out in order to save his wife and family. Meghan said it in detail. Why are you thinking this wouldn't have happened to Kate? Just because she has been silent for years? Diana was silent for years. Just wait and see what's coming. I just hope and wish Kate comes out of it alive because no matter what her children need her.

No, the importance of taking time to understand and deal with the true implications of Domestic Abuse, perpetrators and their victims, and survivors is ignored by many judges, Barristers. How could real justice be served if ignorance within the Legal system exist.

@CarlaCorelli So true, I identify myself in all of those, though I try to cast them aside when they intrude my thoughts, they do win on many occasions.

My thoughts haunt me, traumatise me, like the ache that never leaves no matter what pain killer I use. Victims of Abuse, Domestic Abuse/Violence and survivors of Abuse are Demonised, traumatised and Gaslit by Judges, Barristers and solicitors. They never learn.
