CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, everyone knows is partisan slop. The issue is when national broadcast news ABC, NBC, CBS have less ideological diversity in their staff than Fox News does. People consume its content as unbias jounalism but its not.

Epstein is the perfect example. Those media ignored Epstein and even tried grouping those asking questions in with QAnon conspiracy theorists. Until the story turned on Trump, overnight you could publicly talk about Epstein and not be socially outcast because the nightly news was also questioning the official story, like if he killed himself.

How many right-wing talk shows are there on broadcast TV? How many publicly funded media have editorial offices with zero democrat representation like NPR does Republican?

When those "unbias" media outlets reported on NPR defunding, they framed a narrative that Trump is defunding them because they criticized him. They failed to mention tax payers are funding a news editorial office which has 87 democrats and 0 republicans. Thats not journalism, its propaganda and its broadcast to every household nightly. Whats the right equivalent to that?

Both sides try to do it. Only one side controls the national narrative. Anti-lockdown protests you couldn't be in a corporate environment and admit you attended. All the articles revolved their stories around Proud Boys showing up or focused on a confederate flag in the crowd for their headline images. No kings protest they ignored communist groups showing up and hid images of their flags. That narrative controls social acceptance to each sides views when its coming from "unbias" outlets.

Those trusted outlets are almost entirely controlled by the left (see link). Throws off the balance in society creating chaos and extremes on both sides.

I was always independent and would go back to being independent if the national broadcast news was balanced. Controlling that national narrative and office is dangerous. You get things like a president going senile and citizens get labelled Russian propagandist if they dare mention it. So most are forced to swallow their tongue.

The founder of BLM was a self described trained marxist. Shocking the movement went after law and order in the country by pushing the radical idea of defunding police.

If the mainstream media had journalist instead of propagandist., the country would know the movement was founded by a marxist and left-wing politicians could reasonably question motives. Instead the media labeled any criticism of BLM as far-right racists. Making it impossible for even average citizens to criticize the movement, even the largest riots in America's history the movement brought.

Thats the progressive way. Wrap their radical agenda in a package (social justice campaign) you're not allowed to ever question, doing so is a sure path to becoming a social pariah. The leftwing legacy media delivers that message to every household.

They have reach but very little influence outside of already staunch republican circles. Same way MSNBC has very little influence outside of liberal circles. You expect the bias and rational people consume its content knowing it.

Where it goes off the rails is when the media companies delivering the national broadcast news has less ideological diversity in their staff than the hard right outlets. People consume it as unbias journalism but its turned into leftwing propaganda, which should be expected when its staff is overwhelmingly leftwing.

Example, when NPR defunding discussion was happening. They framed the stories the same. Trump/Republicans attacking news outlets because they criticized Trump. I couldn't find a single one which mentioned NPRs editorial office consisting of 87 democrats and 0 republicans. If it was journalism and not propaganda it would educate tax payers on critical facts to the story and let people make up their own mind. Instead they shaped the stories to portray it as a tyrants baseless attack on media.

You cherry picked only conservative and it shows nothing about the makeup of the actual writing and editorial teams for those companies.

The only one that was democrat dominated from my screenshot that is conservative controlled is CBS. They try making any change and its headline news on all the other outlets attacking to try to keep that strong left bias in CBS.
