@hulu_support My wife called your helpline. They said it’s an issue Hulu has been receiving calls about and the company was working on a fix. Hulu is the only app we’re having issues with. We’ve deleted and reinstalled app.

@hulu_support It’s a brand new Samsung tv. Happens during live and on demand events. I’ve check connection and internet speed and everything on list. Worked great on this TV until about 2 weeks ago. Has made watch stuff very difficult.
