@chuggaaconroy Dunno if I'm late to this, but one of my absolute favorite moments of any boss fight in the series is managing to knock Captain Hook into the water, which is followed up by an absolutely amazing animation and voice line. Stinks that you beat him too soundly to see it in the LP!

I'm willing to give him the room to breathe with the next true mainline game before I get too uppity about it, but yeah, I just hope it can tone down now.

I begrudgingly give Crossworlds a pass since it's technically a celebration game. Shadow Gens was mostly gr8

@FuukaDupa @not_weav Especially since before Ian took the helm, fans were begging Sonic Team to bring some kind of continuity and consistency to the series, and that is literally what these references help establish.

Again, ABSOLUTELY too much in some cases. But this is literally what we asked for.

But LORDY people act like that is literally all he writes and that is jusy not even remotely the case.
