@opodo This company is breaking the law, how they can openly charge people for a “cancelling at anytime” feature, take their money and then ignore the request is beyond me...!!! @opodo have been awful with customer service- from day 1.

@opodo Utterly shocking that after paying for “cancel for any reason” that Opodo are claiming force majeure... cancelled the flight on the 27th of April for the 9th of October! their service is pitiful and zero actual dialogue available from all their services.
