@wholemars You can on a pc, a phone is so small and if you can spend a grand to replace the chip or 1100 to buy a new one you would just buy a phone. Not the same as a car. If it’s proven to have better safety to upgrade ai5 I would upgrade the computer if it only cost me 2-4k.

@elonmusk Love FSD nearly flawless drives everyday. Wonder if eventually they will allow you to have the car map and save where to park at home and at work. That last hundred feet is its biggest failure for me. If I’m going to autonomously have it go out or come home, this would be nice.

@ChrisCamillo They do for training computation. But the bot it self is a Tesla designed chip. Still believe we are at 1/4 of total computing we need before this expansion slows down.
