Normally I share newcomer's art but as for us programmers we're quite boring visually so I've attached some pics of bugs Kyle has already squashed
About one in a hundred times you'll see a Monster, you may also find a Wild Hybrid. These Wild Hybrids are the product of *any* two Monsters that live nearby.
If you haven't got the money to breed a Hybrid for yourself, these odd and rare creatures make for a valuable asset.
@onion_mu @APE_AHAB For real. And knocking out both Suddowoodo and locking myself out of getting that whole pokemon 😭 Did either of you use the cloning glitch? I went so hard with that one. I copy and pasted the mew I got from Toys R Us to all my friends and games lol
@onion_mu @APE_AHAB Emerald's Battle Frontier may have been completely unfair, but man it had vibes unlike the later ones. There was a whole cave system underneath it with nothing but smeargles and the luck building was shaped like a seviper. Shocked I even got a few silver medals as a kid really
@onion_mu Emerald is definitely the game that changed my brain chemistry the most as a kid haha. I had played Red and Silver before it but I logged over 300 hours on Emerald and just went nuts with it.
ONWARD AND UPWARD: Every major city in SIN EATER hosts a dedicated Breeding House, where you can go at any time to use the Monster Breeding or Monster Fusion facilities - for a fee, of course.
If one had enough money, they might be able to buy one outright to use freely...
In the exact middle of the Crown Nation, no matter where you go, you can always see Meru Spire. Stretching up, up, up into infinity, nobody has ever seen the top. Perhaps, one day, your journey will take you there.
In MONSTER CROWN: SIN EATER, you could use all that $500 you saved up to buy your first Monster... or maybe you could use that money for something else? The choice is yours, after all.
What's your kind of Monster? 🧵
Really proud of how this game is turning out! As the programmer, my influence is oftentimes hard to tell, but I like to think that the ways these little guys move is very me :)
After just over a year in development, we at Studio Aurum are proud to show you the first look at our newest game; MONSTER CROWN: SIN EATER
Stay tuned for more, as we dive into the world of the Crown Nation and the myriad characters and monsters who live there.
