@blakealbers I know a guy in Iowa that does the same thing. Has a monstrous home that overlooks the Mississippi. I know another guy in my town that had a much smaller operation doing the same, sold it a few years ago. He is doing just fine as well.

@clintwfischer You should follow the ramsey model. Have a Q&A show answering questions on the topic. Release a few books on the subject you can sell. And build out a network of trusted local advisors that can guide people. And the advisors pay you to be listed on the network
