Even then, back during HW3 days, FSD wasn't anywhere close to what it is today. Mainly just autopilot on highways. I highly doubt anyone was able to purchase unsupervised FSD. Need to see some evidence of these claims because your statements don't align with reality.

Having stuff still be shot down means not a complete removal of their missile capacity but I'd say it's been degraded. Objective one has been continuously progressed.
#2 seems like we've done this by sinking most if not all of their navy
#3 from what I've seen so far we have prevented their nuclear capacity.
#4 I don't see anyone helping Iran and I don't see them able to do much trading.

Idk, seems like the original objectives have been worked on and significantly progressed in our favor
