fewer than 140 characters about myself is easy, fewer than 140 characters about why i feel trapped by fewer than 140 characters would surely take at least 142.
@united This has been a month now. I sent my request within 24 hours. With every possible specific detail. Is there not a human at LAX that’s able to walk down to the Lost and found and look? One would think this is an actual job
@united please. Help a momma out here. It will take 5 minutes of your time to follow through on this, and keep a kid happy for at least a couple of years until he leaves it somewhere on his own.
@united but how about the option to speak with a human? One in my arrival city, LAX, who could take a short walk to lost and found and actually look for me? It’s not an iPod or Bose headphones—I get it. Those get snatched up. But a kids lunch bag?
@united I tried calling customer service. After being stuck in the directory umbrella from hell, the prompt for “lost items” just said “fill out a form online.” Yes, done.
@united I Filled out a form within 24 hours and zero feedback. I gave the seat location, where the bag was left, u even detailed every item inside of it. Nada.
@united—why is it impossible to talk to a customer service rep regarding a lost item? I left my child’s extremely recognizable MONOGRAMMED lunch bag onboard—it literally has a name on it, no way to miss it.
