@SubvertTheFlank@yosoymichael None of that sets up the joke that he is incable of coming up with a more memorable final words to pass to his father. I think overall the character works really well, the joke just didn't land
@SubvertTheFlank@yosoymichael I understand the intention of it, I think it just doesn't work well since they spent basically no time building his character. If there had been a scene that established he was awkward or didn't know how to react in emotional moments it would have felt less out of place
