If I were a hybrid athlete, here'd by my split:
Day 1- Full Body Strength (Squat Focus)
Day 2- Easy Run
Day 3- Full Body Strength (Press Focus)
Day 4- Speed Work
Day 5- Full Body Strength (Pull Focus)
Day 6- Rest
Day 7- Long Run
What would you do different?
If you’re deciding what to do every time you walk into the gym, you’re exercising.
If the next step is already mapped out, you’re training.
One feels good.
The other changes you.
Saying “barbells are only for powerlifters” is like saying spreadsheets are only for accountants.
It depends what you’re building.
The tool isn’t the issue.
Clarity is.
Trying to crush workouts during chaos is a risky move.
Next level is knowing when to pull back and recover so you can stay in the game.
What’s your “survival mode” fitness strategy?
Serious question:
1. You love the process but never get the result
2. You get the result but hate the process.
I'm not saying that both aren't possible, but just curious if you could only choose one?
