Well @ATT showed us the value of their service. After we were without internet/phone service for 14 days, they agreed that $49 was appropriate compensation. Well, we decided more was warranted. We are no longer an @ATT internet customer. What is the value of loss revenue?
@ATT Well we have had enough. On Wednesday you mad an appt. to come to our home between 2-4 pm. You did not show. You did not call. No apology! No nothing! And today you had the audacity to call and tell me that my service will be back on the 10th. That is a new date.
