@FedEx is such a joke. Two days in a row the delivery driver doesn’t ring the doorbell, just puts a sticker on the door. Someone home both times, and now they won’t reattempt a delivery. My phone support person Roxanne says she doesn’t have a supervisor. New CEO?

@UPS I missed an important delivery today because your driver didn't ring my doorbell. He gently knocked on the door and I was upstairs. No info notice left either so I can't change delivery. And then your stupid automated phone system wont connect me to a person. SO ANNOYING!
