Head office 0115491500 never answers. Only way through was customer service where βStevenβ said thereβs no ref number for my call. When I asked his surname, the line went conveniently mute. Pure monkey business. Iβve spent thousands on Samsung in Panama & SA.
@Cobratate I used to admire you. Your opinion on Hamas isn't acceptable. You're inside a Christian State. Honestly. I THINK YOU'E MADE A VERY BIG MISTAKE.
@fnbsa@PayPal Tweet 1/4: π¨ Reported a concerning incident in your Forex department, specifically the PayPal section. Musawenkosi asked for my card number info, raising red flags. Requested a call reference and a supervisor, but only got promises for callbacks. #CustomerService
@Rb__sa I think you're the only bank I've ever dealt with that asks for the entire card number. It's a dangerous practice and not something commonly asked for. In my opinion, there are many other options to verify that don't put the client's information at risk. I'm shocked.
@Rb__sa@Rb__sa I have. It's so strange that you ask us to never share this kind of information when the people who work for you are requesting it, even though they could ask for my id no or account number. It just doesn't add up... Does it?
Tweet 4/4: π Deeply concerned about personal info security in your Forex department. Requesting a thorough investigation and measures to prevent such incidents. Grateful for your quick attention and resolution. #Forex#SecurityConcerns
Tweet 3/4: π€ Spoke to Matete Siliane, manager of PayPal at FNB. He confirmed asking for the card number is one of three options. This is a huge security risk, putting our credit card info at risk. #SecurityConcerns#CreditCardSafety
