12/6/24; TEE and confirmation of Mitral Valve damage with urgent referral to U of M for open heart surgery.
1/8/25: Heart catheterization. Confirmation of damage 1/17/25; cancer center for possible blood disorder

My Statement Related to MSU's vote on the privileged documents today -

While I agree with the acknowledgment that transparency is necessary, and compliance with the Attorney General's investigation is needed, it is by no means sufficient for a few key reasons:

Having spent eight months with Trustee Scott and other Board members specifically on the question of how to get those documents to the AG and reported on independently, I can confidently say there was no actual confusion about whether the AG wanted the docs.
