Seen few comments about @Snookerlegends bit harsh seem as prior to JF there was no seniors when a tour player finished it was only exhibitions left. And cashcow comments I can only say a few years ago I held a charity event and JF was very generous in donating with no gain init

Watched this and I think we need not forget that the private rented sector is a business for landlords. There are obviously issues with affordable rents/housing but I think it just highlights how wages aren’t anywhere near enough to keep up with the cost of living
