If you want to lose weight here are some easy tips:

1.) buy step tracker, walk 10,000 steps daily (get standing desk + walking pad if you work from home

2.) swap to zero sugar soda or water

3.) delete food apps from your phone (DoorDash uber eats etc)

4.) start meal prepping your food (cook in large batches)

5.) careful of oil consumption
