A person inhaled an obscure chemical & called a poison center. Minutes later—for free—a world expert was consulted and determined it wasn’t an issue. I can’t even reach a human for my Uber Eats order—poison centers are incredible.
Well, I guess I'll give bluesky a shot. I've been pretty absent from Twitter for a while now because, well, look around... Let's see how things go elsewhere: @kylemelin.bsky.social See you there?
Physicians should care about what’s going on in pharmacy land right now. It’s bad. They should also not write “1-2 eyedrops” on scripts. 1 drop per dose is enough. 2 drops will overwhelm the tear film, resulting in wasted medication. But mostly the PBM thing.

I still distinctly remember the vaccination event where we discovered our shared interest in climbing & rappelling. Yazmín was a compassionate provider with a unique sense of adventure. Our profession and the community she served will miss her dearly.

@RxSpencer@zotero Ohhhh I was JUST considering making the switch from paperpile... I've used paperpile for a long time now because it had really good Google docs integration but apparently zotero does as well now. Maybe I'll have to give it a try. Switching ref managers is SCARY 😳
Interesting article from @JACCPJournal. I agree that NAPLEX pass-rates needs to be critically examined & addressed by @ACPEpharmacy & #PharmEd.
However, I have some thoughts...🧵
