@SCHDETF So much of the dividend increases are happening because it takes gains every quarter and redistributes. If txn and qcom are still over 12 percent of the fund at rebalance, then large increases are happening later on in the year.
@SCHDETF By total dividends paid per year I think only Microsoft would pay more. NVDA would be paying $24.1 billion per year. More than their market cap 10 years ago. Just wild.
@SCHDETF Something I found interesting is Russel (owner of FTSE index VYM is based on) is changing their indexes to rebalance/reconstitute semi annual instead of annually. If this was in place in 2025 AVGO would have been removed at the end of this year and yields would have been juiced.
@financedystop Happen to us many years ago when we lived in an apartment. After many phone calls we found that the power meters were mislabeled and we were being charged for our neighbor.
@marktemple1955 I think the dividend was removed from the AUM. It just went ex div. This one only pays out once per year. So you'll get it back on the 16th.
@hiwattorange Yep. My stream as well. Happened in the fall for the Michigan game. I have super high end Internet. Only streaming service that is a choppy mess.
