Update. @VerizonSupport It’s been almost 4 months and every time I talk to an agent they say the agent before them did not handle the refund properly, and they promise they have and to wait 7-10 days, sometimes 25 days for the money to show up in my account.

2/2..Today I was told the refund wasn’t processed. Someone finally did what 6 other customer service people claimed to have done. I was told since the refund was processed it would appear in my account within 25 days and to not reach out before then.

1/2. I canceled an order with @Verizon on June 7th. I was told the refund was processed and would be in my account within 7-10 days. Every 7 days since then Customer service told me the refund was processed and would be in my account in 7-10 days.
