@BeardedTesla I also love when you drive by three speed limit signs and it doesn’t acknowledge any of them. Car thinks it’s 40 mph and the speed limit is 55mph. So fun!
@Tesla But you do have to keep your right hand on the steering wheel to make sure your car isn’t speeding toggling back-and-forth between sloth, chill, and standard mode
@IvanTan1615610 @SawyerMerritt In standard mode, the car will go around 7 mph over the post speed limit, which is perfect. The problem is when cars decide to speed next to you. The Tesla will try to keep up with them, in my area 10 miles an hour over the speed limit will get you a ticket.
@elonmusk It would be nice if it would just obey the speed limit signs constantly. I am constantly having to switch back and forth between standard and chill. Very annoying!
@SawyerMerritt FSF needs to obey the speed limit signs not the onboard mapping. It getting very frustrating! In standard mode I would have gotten so many speeding tickets if I wasn’t constantly policing it.
@elonmusk I sure hope they can figure out the speed control because if I didn’t babysit mine, I would have several speeding tickets. On the same road, One Direction the car will obey the speed limit the other direction 66mph in a 55 standard mode.
@elonmusk@Tesla@Tesla_AI Just an FYI, I love my Tesla and would recommend it to anyone. Even FSD is great. The speed profiles are not, they are very frustrating.
@elonmusk@Tesla@Tesla_AI Becoming very disappointed in FSD nearly unusable. Today on a 300 mile trip in a 55 mph zone. The car was reading 40 after several 55 mph signs in standard mode. It was going 67 mph. 67mph in 55 mph = ticket.
@elonmusk Speed profiles really need some work. FSD is the whole reason I bought a Tesla. While in FSD the car passed three 55 mph speed signs over a 5 mile spence and still remained at 45 mph. The car just didn’t seem to recognize all three signs. I am starting to get very frustrated.
