Same tech was nervous and a bit camera-shy, but he nailed it. I showcased it to the rest of the team and they all clapped for him and affirmed him.

Earlier in the week one of our techs took a detailed video explaining work he did + explaining an additional estimate he had created and he emailed it to the customer through our system. No other plumber in our city is doing this. Customer was delighted.
