@ShaneSaint Nothing wrong with the rule and nothing surprising with the way this game is being refereed cos this is how he refs every game and our celebratory hurlers love it
Ruining the game
@SmallerFishGAA It’s a red card for blatant and intentional contact with the head/ helmet. Played the man all day long, but the problem is that all the analysts love the ‘Manly’ hurling, dull looking for the definition of that in rule book
@GearoidMcKernan@SmallerFishGAA Well, at least two black cards anyway this year for fouls before the ball arrived so not sure what rule book you’re reading
@ShaneSaint I’m from Galway and very obvious @JoeyCan88 is simply trying to secure his ticket for next year
Really sad if this is the best analysis he can bring to a game loaded with tactics, strategy and sub plots, can we talk about hurling not train tickets
#pisspooranalysis
@ExaminerSport No careless use of hurl by Barry Nash and this sums up everything that is wrong,,,@ExaminerSport who is the sports editor and did you read this before printing it?
@FiFinnymac@OfficialCorkGAA The inconsistency in refereeing between the two games is soul destroying, Gough, correctly rewarding the man in possession when held up (rugby like) by three to four defenders. Player in possession repeatedly penalised in first game
Tackle the ball not the man !!
@SmallerFishGAA@sundaysport be great if we could discuss when we introduced the rugby tackle of holding the man up into GAA, I thought the tackle was supposed to be on the ball, possession doesn’t seem to be 9/10 of the law anymore?
@RTEsport@Joanne_Cantwell@sportsdes I hope you will be discussing the mad decision of a double header for hurling league final, probably 25,000 people won’t get a ticket, loads of kids missing out, makes no sense !!
@BusConnects@DamianBoylanFG Be great to understand why we need a new bus stop in Tower on Kerry pike exit. 100m to the existing bus stop, 250m to another one on blarney rd
On a hill and creating a dangerous exit to the Muskerry heights estate, design? good money after bad ?
@buff_egan Prevented the tap and go by picking up the ball, why did he pick up the ball…. Clearly looks back to ensure defence is set, slowing down the play preventing full advantage of the free, have to say, ref was right, even the u10s know at this stage that you don’t pick up the ball
