Seriously guys, take trading seriously. Imagine I’m out and I need some money for my daily expenses. I sit at a restaurant, open a $200 trade, make $100 profit, and that covers my bills for the day.

It looks so simple, but behind that simplicity is discipline, strategy, risk management and experience.

Trading can change your life, but only when you treat it like a business not gambling. 📈💯

This is VERY concerning and must be investigated.

I set my Take Profit for $CYS at $1.0151. The price crashed to $0.9758, yet the exchange failed to close my position. Even when I attempted to close the trade manually, the order was not executed.

This resulted in a significant loss that I believe could have been avoided if the platform had executed my TP or manual close as intended.

I’m requesting an immediate investigation, a clear explanation of what happened, and a refund/compensation for the loss caused by the execution failure.

@KCEX_Official, please address this publicly and urgently. Traders deserve reliable execution and transparency.
