The Carolingian Renaissance is so underrated in popular history discussions, it produced some of the most unique art and architecture. Charlemagne uniting Western Europe allowed so much interesting cultural exchange, not just between Germanic paganism and Catholicism, but also between Western Europe and Byzantium through more consolidated trade and religious networks. You see these Byzantine and pagan influences not only in the manuscripts, but also in the architecture of this period. Charlemagne’s Palatine chapel in Aachen is one of my favorite early medieval buildings for this reason, it is quite experimental!

색종이 놀이 재미있습니다!
전 해당 방법에서 윗쪽 명암 그라데이션과 종이 단면 하이라이트를 추가해 살짝 말려있는 듯한 종이 느낌을 내는 것도 좋아합니다!
색놀 방법을 응용하면 온라인 콜라주를 오프라인 콜라주처럼 보이게 만들 수도 있답니다. 아주 재미있어요!
