My favorite Kyoru scene of ALL time is actually one I don’t hear many people talk about. It’s when Tohru is discovering bugs outside with momiji and Kyo asks Hiro if he did something to upset Tohru because no one except him noticed she was sad even though she was laughing.

I like how takaya picks outfits for Tohru. It almost adds an extra layer to her character where when you first see the outfits they’re so cute and pink and bubbly, like Tohru herself. It’s like hiding her deepest darkest trauma with a smile and outfits.

It’s insane that people used to call Kyo a monster when he was just a kid but he would literally get scared of the holes in kazuma’s walls because they look like the face of a monster. Really shows you how insane people were for calling a child that.
