Cigna partners w American Specialty Health & i just had the most wild call with one of their representatives. my doc put in an order for PT, but they’re declining the request. there has got to me an exposé or something about the unethical nature of this company @nytimes

it is wild to me that a company like @Cigna gets to decline healthcare your doctor prescribes (i.e. physical therapy). they are communicating that my pain does not matter and that THEY know better than what my doctor & i have decided.
