@nagimaycry i love that for you fr and i’m sure you will get there at your own pace!! i’ve only recently realized how bad my relationship with my dad affects me and i wish that’s how i felt about him after watching… it’s a work in progress i guess
Biological essentialism is not feminist. Boys are not born misogynistic or abusive. If a toddler is acting out sexually it’s a textbook warning sign they are being abused
idk if something switched in my brain or im just getting older, but people being negative about shit all the time is so exhausting. like making fun of relatively harmless stuff and tearing it apart makes you exhausting to be around
@mcsugarcane_ a stressful watch and i cried many times but it was a great movie! just be cautious if you’re sensitive to sounds bc my friend with misophonia had a hard time watching she still liked it tho!!
update: there was no laugh out of me when this scene happened. The situation at this point of the movie makes it a lot more serious than what the trailer made it seem
don't watch whalefall when u have a complex relationship with your parents and someone very close to you is slowly and painfully dying. you will cry so hard that you will almost vomit while driving home
