Hey @veschwab. I never get to book 2 in trilogies or series. Dying to read your books though. Is Vicious or Darker Shade book 1 ok to read as a standalone novel? Or should I go for #TheInvisibleLifeofAddieLaRue u think?

@TeresaGrabs A character's language or views are part of the character's personality, not the author's. Characters have to be realistic. If I liked the story, I'd finish it irrespectively of what a particular character said or did.

@JAMARI78 I'd like to have it before because usually it helps me tell a better story. But it's not always what happens in reality. Just wrote a story with a title in mind, and changed it completely as soon as i finished editing.

@egkardos For yourself. You've got to 1. really like what you write 2. put your heart in it, if it stands the slightest chance of being popular. Also, if you don't write for yourself then how are you going to enjoy it? :)
