ஒரு முக்கியமான கேள்வியை நாம் நம்மிடம் கேட்க வேண்டும்.

மேகதாது அணை கட்டப்படுகிறதா, இல்லையா என்பது ஒருபுறம் இருக்கட்டும்…

தமிழ்நாட்டிற்கு வரும் ஒவ்வொரு துளி தண்ணீரையும் நாம் முழுமையாகப் பாதுகாக்கிறோமா?

மழை பெய்யும்போது அந்தத் தண்ணீரை எவ்வளவு சேமிக்கிறோம்?

நம்முடைய ஏரிகள், குளங்கள், கண்மாய்கள் உயிரோடு இருக்கிறதா?

நிலத்தடி நீரை நாம் மீண்டும் நிரப்புகிறோமா?

மழைநீர் கடலுக்குச் சென்று வீணாகாமல், கடலுக்கு தேவையானதை மட்டும் அனுப்பிவிட்டு மீதமுள்ள நீரை நமது நீர்நிலைகளுக்குள் கொண்டு வருகிறோமா?

இதுதான் நாம் இப்போது சிந்திக்க வேண்டிய நேரம்.

நமக்குத் தேவையானது ஒரு அணையைப் பற��றிய விவாதம் மட்டுமல்ல… ஒரு முழுமையான நீர்ப்பாதுகாப்புத் திட்டம்.

தமிழ்நாட்டில் ஒவ்வொரு கிராமத்திலும் உள்ள ஏரி, குளம், கண்மாய், ஊரணி ஆகியவற்றை மீட்டெடுக்க வேண்டும்.

மழைநீரை சேமிக்க வேண்டும்.

நீர்நிலைகளை ஒன்றோடொன்று இணைக்க வேண்டும்.

நிலத்தடி நீரைப் பாதுகாக்க வேண்டும்.

விவசாயத்தில் தண்ணீரைச் சிக்கனமாகப் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

அதிலும் முக்கியமாக,

“தண்ணீர் வந்த பிறகு சேம��ப்போம்” என்ற மனநிலையிலிரு��்து, “தண்ணீர் வரும் முன்பே சேமிப்போம்” என்ற மனநிலைக்கு நாம் மாற வேண்டும்.

“மேகதாது விவகாரம் எப்படியிருந்தாலும், தமிழ்நாடு வெளிப்புற நீர்வரத்தை மட்டும் சார்ந்திருக்காத அளவுக்கு நீர்ப்பாதுகாப்பை உருவாக்க வேண்டும்!”

அதற்காக அரசாங்கம் மட்டும் அல்ல…
அரசு, விவசாயிகள், தொழில்துறையினர், பொதுமக்கள், தன்னார்வ அமைப்புகள், என
அனைவரும் ஒன்றிணைந்து செயல்பட வேண்டும்.

நாம் தண்ணீருக்���ாக அடுத்த தலைமுறையுடன் போராட வேண்டாம்.
அடுத்த தலைமுறைக்காக இன்றே தண்ணீரைச் சேமிப்போம்.

நீரைக் காப்போம்…
நீர்நிலைகளைக் காப்போம்…
நம் தமிழ்நாட்டின் எதிர்காலத்தைக் காப்போம்.

His contribution ensured that many of the classical Tamil works celebrated today survived the passage of time and became part of modern Tamil literary consciousness.

After observing the Tamil Desiyam crowd on X for past 10 days, a clear conclusion emerges: They reject Dravidianism but accept Aryan invasion theory. They too detest TamBrahms from the bottom of their being.

If EVR had been born into an ethnic Tamil community, they'd have had no qualms in celebrating his opinions. Just like Dstocks, they too would have found a way to intellectualize his Tamil hatred. You may think they celebrate Bharathi but wait until they find his high opinion of Sanskrit and his advocacy for it to be made India's unifying language.

2026 election appeal was merely a political compulsion to compensate for any VS lost to Vijay. Both Dstock-ism and TamilDesiyam are ideologies built on the foundations of hating the "other", their definitions of "other" varies that's it.
