My stomach got burnt by chili last week, so that stomach should just be after effect exaggerated by my anxiety.

Will never eat a lunchbox opened by someone else again, it was too exciting for me, I even felt stomach ache, immediately death is impossible as I am still alive and long term infection is also impossible by throughout heating. not come for my suffering as I assumed.😄👍

I drink coffee every day for defecation once I find it is so effective, and my prolonged recurring progressing lower abdominal pain is gone now, hopefully I can live at least another ten or 15 healthy years before I need to find the cheapest way to die bc of pain.

Accidentally made food too spicy last week, it hurt my stomach, however I also randomly bought some bananas, without spots ones are accidentally good to heal the stomach wall.😮‍💨😆
