@Hermesparcels got an email saying "delivery between 2 & 4pm". At 12:22 I got an email saying "delivery now between 12 & 2pm". I got an update "delivery has been attempted at 12:28". I've now missed this parcel, how am I supposed to get someone to my house with 6min notice? Help!

@YodelOnline hi. I'm trying to organise a redelivery online but its just going round in circles. It says it will be out for delivery tomorrow, but i wont be in until 5pm and it won't let me redirect to another address. There is no way for me to get to my "local" depot. Help!
