• EIP 7825: adding a max gas limit per transaction, ensuring a big block can be split into many parallelizable subblocks
• Delayed execution: incentivizes proposers to only propose blocks that are real-time provable, eliminating DOS vectors
• Repricing EC precompiles: bn254, bls12-381 precompiles are underpriced relative to ZK proving costs
