Hi @VirginAtlantic I asked for a refund and now I'm being contacted by SMS approx once every 3 or 4 days with alternative options all of which are NOT a refund. I've asked each person to stop delaying but 3 days later - there we are again back to sqaure 1. Is this fraudulent?

It doesn't make them good :(
