@airasia my flight time was changed to 40 mins earlier than originally scheduled. I cant make it for the earlier flight.

No options provided for to change my flight to a later time even though there is a later flight on the same day.

What is this all about?? Is this a scam.

@airasia No reply? I spoke to castillon at SG terminal 4 and still no action when she said someone would call or email me about my refund. Why are you leading your customers around for a joyride?

@airasia Airasia what useless customer service you have. I have a flight booked where my booking reference cannot be found on manage my booking?! I used the chat bot, I was promised a reply but your email reply was to use the chat bot?! Stop screwing your customers around.
