I see Ben Carroll’s father-in-law sits on the board of a company called Nilsen. It’s an electrical contractor that worked on the Metro Tunnel and won the electrical fit-out contract for the North East Link. Ben Carroll was the Minister for Public Transport overseeing these exact projects for 3 years up until 2023.

One of the protesters was a recent migrant to Australia who came to this country to work.

He says he wants Australia to become a socialist country - we apparently need to change our entire political system, economy and way of life to suit him.
