@eemmanuels4 @PicturesFoIder I’d be mad if he hadn’t punched her. Nobody intervened when she was harassing him but everyone showed up when he hit her.Nonsense
@obrempong_11126@brandelikem What is “hence” doing in the write up?Yo u can’t bash someone in your first paragraph and use hence to start praising him.Correct yourself.
@AB_ena I don’t care for the amount since she cash obviously afford it and not ho broke.I only have security concerns about showing your apartment to the internet
@Kadinale@doctorproblem1@ama__burland Just like you demand for consumables to work with.Remember you’re the first point of contact and the patients will always blame you for things others probably caused so stand your ground especially in areas you have control of and the rest will fall in line
@Kadinale@doctorproblem1@ama__burland I’m not blaming nurses entirely but Maybe if nurses stood their grounds and refused to administer medication especially injections that are known to cause allergies while demanding for the antidote to be made available to them so they could use them in emergencies
@doctorproblem1@ama__burland In as much as I’d love to defend the clinical staff,it still doesn’t change the fact that provision for emergency treatment for r a possible drug reaction or anaphylaxis should have been made available in anticipation of such emergencies at every ward /injection room/dispensary
@doctorproblem1@ama__burland Most people genuinely do not know they are allergic to certain things including medication and only find out after sudden exposure to it which may be in the hospital. That is why in history taking, you indicate “no KNOWN allergies.
