@digit1977 @joetracini A lot as he's said many times before. Sharing how he feels and feeling suicidal but telling ppl that stops him doing it. I say this as a partner of someone with BPD so it resonates hard.

@HubTherapy @joetracini DBT courses (the gold standard treatment for BPD) is super hard to access with NHS. so unless your minted to go private that's not always an option. BPD is often a lifelong illness that requires long term therapy. So "eradicating" things is not really realistic
